Digital products and courses

Because digital files and lesson videos can be used as soon as they are delivered, purchases are generally not refundable once downloaded or started. If something does not work as described, contact me within 14 days and I will fix it or refund you.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice or bought the wrong item by mistake, email me with your order number and I will correct it.

Services

Refunds for service work depend on the work completed and are handled under the agreement made when the project started.

How to ask

Email hello@example.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
